Another year is ending. It seems they go by faster and faster. 2025 was a good year with many special memories and milestones.
Winter 2025
Most of the winter months were in final preparations for the wedding. We had Max and Olivia’s wedding shower in February. With a lot of help from a really good friend it was a beautiful day.
We also attended a hockey game (Canes vs. Red Wings) and a baseball game (Dodgers vs. Nationals) which have become one of my favorite things to do.

Spring 2025
The wedding! We couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was beautiful and our daughter was the most beautiful bride I have ever seen. We are so excited for their new lives together and how God is going to use them as a family.
Summer 2025
We were able to attend WOL camp this year which is always a blessing as well as couple of concerts.
Fall 2025
September brought a few new tattoos. Two were from Razook Tattoo, one of the oldest tattoo parlors in the world. My plan was to visit Jerusalem to have these done but with all of the unrest in that region, they came to the U.S. and we headed to North Carolina. This is James and he is a 28th generation artist. One if the stamps is 250 years old and the other 400 years. The other tattoo represents my 3 babies and a girls weekend with someone amazing ladies brought this one.

Christmas has just ended and looks very different this year. Having adult children is different but a season I am enjoying.

The ladies in my Friday night Bible study group continue to encourage me and help me grow in my journey with Jesus.
Looking forward to 2026. While I never got back to announcing my Word of the year is 2025, it was “connection.” God showed me quite a bit with relationships that grew and some that ended. And while the end is sad, God taught me some things about connection that I will take into the future.
